PAYMENT OPTIONS
Any individual may elect to pay for services out of pocket if they do not have, or do not choose to involve insurance in the treatment. If the treating physician is contracted with the patient’s insurance panel, then the insurance can be billed. The patient will be responsible for the co-pay as arranged by the insurance company, and the practice will be responsible for submitting the balance of the bill. The patient will be responsible for communicating with the insurance if there are difficulties.
In order to maximize the likelihood of the insurance paying for your visit, you are strongly recommended to contact them prior to the first appointment. It is recommended that the insurance be called by the patient, and the registration information must be for "outpatient mental health." It is important to make sure the doctor is covered by your insurance plan, and imperative that you know how many visits are allowed and remain on your policy. The information on the card is often insufficient as it relates to medical care which is separate from mental health care and carries different limitations. You must fill out the registration and insurance information completely.
If the insurance cannot be billed the patient will be responsible for the full fee.

Although individual doctors prices may vary, our standard pricing is below: these prices are slightly lower than the local standard prices.
$250.00 - Initial Evaluation
$200.00 - Psychotherapy
$125.00 - Medication Management Independent
Independant Medical Examinations
$250.00 per hour, 4 hour minimum
Other Forensic Evaluations
$250.00 per hour, 2 hour minimum
DISCOUNTS
Our doctors regularly maintain a fixed number of discounts available at up to the 50% level. These discounts are need based and are subject to change. Discounts for fees will be arranged in advance of treatment. Discounts will expire each January and July 1st and will need to be reevaluated at that time. Discounts are only available at the time of the visit. A missed appointment will be charged at the full fee.
